Instructions
Step 1
To begin making Cauliflower and Red Bell Pepper Stir Fry Recipe, blanch the cauliflower florets in hot water along with little bit of salt and turmeric powder, this helps to deworm

Keep the blanched florets aside

Heat oil in a Wide pan on a medium heat, add all the spice powders along with salt and stir for 30 seconds

Now, add the blanched cauliflower florets and mix well

Let it cook for 5-6 minutes

Once the cauliflower is firmly cooked, add the red bell pepper strips and give it a good stir

Stir fry this mix for another 5 minutes and switch off the flame

Add the crushed kasuri methi and mix well
