1 teaspoon Rose water

Saffron strands

10 Whole Almonds (Badam)

Getting ahead with the Boondi Ki Kheer RecipeAdd milk in a sauce pan on medium high flame and bring it to a brisk boil

Once the milk has boiled, reduce the flame to medium- low, add in the saffron strands, and cardamom and let the milk reduce to half its volume

We are looking for a creamy, thick kheer
Step 8
Once it reduces to half its quantity, turn off the flame

At this stage add in the rose water, almond slivers and the sweet boondi
